To qualify for the ACCESS program, you must:
Donations made to RESTT go towards funding our ACCESS program and services, such as legal support, housing support, and childcare assistance. We are committed to transparency — the vast majority of every dollar donated goes directly to program services.
While the ACCESS program requires an active criminal case, we encourage anyone in need to reach out to us. We can connect you with other community resources and crisis support. You can also contact the National DV Hotline at 1.800.799.SAFE (7233) for immediate assistance.
Yes. RESTT takes your privacy and safety seriously. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Our attorneys provide legal advocacy including assistance with protection orders, act as liaisons between the State Attorney’s Office and the victim, and advocate for clients’ rights in court throughout the legal process, and estate planning education and assistance with essential documents to help individuals protect themselves and their families.
RESTT serves a mother who is both physically and mentally ready to transition from an abusive relationship, protect her children from further trauma, and is prepared for a life of stability and rest. She should be open and committed to receiving support from a dedicated team that will guide her through the process.
