Resttinc

About Us

Founded in 2023, RESTT is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering survivors and rebuilding lives shattered by abuse. We are committed to our mission of providing support and resources to those in need, fostering resilience, and promoting healing within our community.

Our Story

As a former prosecutor, Jesch Augustin observed the hurdles confronted by survivors of intimate partner violence in their quest for justice, particularly mothers with minors who had to protect their children while seeking help. This motivated her to facilitate access to crucial resources necessary for survivors to transition from a place of trauma and abuse to one of hope and healing.

Our Mission

The urgency of our work is clear: we stand with these brave mothers, ensuring their voices are heard and their paths to justice are accessible. The goal is to address the issues that often led to dropped cases due to lack of victim cooperation. RESTT is dedicated to easing concerns regarding safety, financial support, and emotional well-being, empowering victims to maintain their resilience throughout the legal process.

We believe in the power of community, fortitude, and the unwavering strength of the human spirit.
